1. The service and eligibility
Allunar is an online reading service operated from Poland. Contact us at hello@allunar.com. These terms apply to orders placed through allunar.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter into a contract, and can lawfully use the service where you live.
We provide personalized psychic or tarot interpretations delivered digitally by email. Every package includes a written reading; a recorded personal video is an optional addition. There are no live appointments or recurring subscriptions.
2. Entertainment, reflection and your own judgment
Readings are for entertainment, spiritual reflection and personal insight. They are subjective interpretations, not verified facts, scientific assessments or guarantees. We do not promise accurate predictions, particular results, knowledge of another person’s private thoughts, or changes in relationships, health, money or circumstances.
A reading does not replace medical care, mental health support, legal advice or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters. Do not use a reading to diagnose illness, manage an emergency, choose treatment, gamble or make investment decisions. You remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
Current written packages are 1 question: $29, 3 questions: $59, 5 questions: $89. Optional additional questions cost $17 each and a recorded personal video costs $29. Emergency reading costs an additional $19 for delivery within 24 hours. Prices and the total payable are displayed in USD before checkout. Any currency conversion or separate bank charge is determined by your payment provider.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Saving a request or opening checkout does not confirm a paid order. Your paid order is confirmed when payment completes. Standard delivery is within 48 hours after completed payment. Emergency reading adds delivery within 24 hours for $19. If we need clarification or expect a delay, we will contact you at the email address supplied. Check that address and your spam folder; contact us if your reading has not arrived.
4. Your information and acceptable requests
Provide accurate contact details and relevant context. Only upload images you are entitled to share. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, payment card details or confidential records about other people. Keep your private order link secure.
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive or exploitative requests, or requests for professional diagnoses or emergency assistance. We may ask you to rephrase an unsuitable question or decline it. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the unfulfilled part rather than charge for a reading we do not provide. Our privacy information explains how requests are handled.
5. Cancellations, refunds and complaints
To cancel, email hello@allunar.com promptly with your order reference. If work has not started, you may cancel for a refund. Once work starts or a reading is delivered, refunds depend on the issue and your applicable legal rights. Disagreeing with an interpretation or a prediction not coming true does not, by itself, mean the service was defective; this does not restrict remedies for a service that fails to meet the agreed description.
For a duplicate charge, missing paid content, non-delivery or another problem, send your reference and a short explanation. We will investigate and arrange a correction, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate. We aim to answer support within 24 hours and will respond to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days where Polish consumer law requires it. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
6. Your statutory consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights always apply. If you have a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract, including the usual 14-day period for eligible EU, EEA or UK consumers, you may exercise it by emailing us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, with your name and order reference. A special form is not required. Where legally required, withdrawal refunds will be made within 14 days of your notice.
Accepting these terms does not waive a withdrawal right. Where the law allows early performance to affect that right, we must separately obtain the required express request or consent, acknowledgment and confirmation. A reading being personalized does not, on its own, remove your rights. Statutory remedies for missing, defective or nonconforming services or digital content remain available.
7. Your reading and submitted content
You may save and use your reading for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not resell it, misrepresent it as your own professional service, or publish other people’s private information. You retain your rights in the material you submit and allow us to use it only as needed to prepare, deliver and support your order. Submitting a question or photo does not give us permission to use it in advertising or a public example.
8. Liability, law and updates
We are responsible for providing the service agreed in your order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by personal decisions made in reliance on subjective interpretations, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or indirect business losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer remedies.
Polish law applies, subject to any mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside. These terms do not require consumers to give up access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law.
