What is the difference between tarot and psychic readings?
Tarot readings use cards and their symbolism to explore your questions. Psychic readings use an intuitive interpretation centered on the context you describe. You choose one reading style per order. Read the comparison.
Are readings delivered online?
Yes. Allunar offers written readings delivered digitally by email. You do not need to book a live appointment. An optional recorded video is available.
Can a reading guarantee what will happen?
No. Readings offer a perspective for reflection and personal insight. They do not guarantee outcomes, establish what another person thinks, or replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Who can order?
Allunar is for adults aged 18 or older. The builder asks you to confirm your age and enter your date of birth.
Questions and pricing
How much does a reading cost?
One question is $19, three questions are $39, and five questions are $59. All packages include a written interpretation. Extra suggested questions are $9 each; the recorded video is $19. Prices are in USD, before discounts.
Can I ask about different topics in the same order?
Yes. A multi-question package can cover love, career, life direction, and personal growth. Select “A mix of topics” if you do not want one focus.
What should I ask?
Choose something specific enough to explore, such as “What should I consider before changing careers?” rather than “Tell me everything about my future.” The builder offers suggestions, and our question guide includes examples.
What information is required?
Your first and last name, email, date of birth, and selected questions are required. Additional context and photos are optional. Include only relevant information and photos you have permission to share.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each order is a one-time purchase. Your total is displayed before payment.
Delivery and video
When will I receive the reading?
Standard delivery is planned within 48 hours after completed payment. We deliver to your order email and will use the same address if we need more context. The support response target of 24 hours is separate from reading delivery.
Does video replace the written reading?
No. Your written interpretation remains included. The optional video adds a personal recording that talks through the interpretation, showing the cards for a tarot reading.
Is the video a live call?
No. It is recorded for your order and can be revisited whenever you wish.
Can I see a reading before buying?
Yes. Our sample reading demonstrates the written format using a fictional question and illustrative cards. It is not a real customer's session.
Privacy and support
Will my questions or photos be published?
Your questions and attachments stay associated with your private request. They are not published as content. Customer reviews require permission before publication. See privacy information.
What do the reader ratings refer to?
The reader ratings shown on the website refer to the named readers' profiles. They should not be read as a combined rating of orders purchased through Allunar. You can contact us if you have a question about a review or its source.
What if checkout is cancelled or unavailable?
A cancelled checkout leaves the request saved; you can resume on your private order page. If checkout is unavailable, the builder explains that saving a request does not take payment or confirm a paid service.
How do I get help with an order?
Email hello@allunar.com with the reference shown on your private order page. We aim to reply within 24 hours. Never send payment card details in a message.
