1. Current setup
Cookies are small files a website or its providers store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Allunar uses essential storage for private order access and preferences, temporary source information, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure public website visits.
GA4 is currently enabled automatically on public pages, without a cookie banner. An existing analytics opt-out or Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not currently installed. This policy describes those advertising tools as planned tools, not as active tracking.
2. Cookies and browser storage
| Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
lunara_[order ID] | Essential, secure cookie that permits access to your private order. The internal name is a technical identifier. | 7 days |
allunar_email_[order ID] | Essential, secure cookie created when you open a signed private link from an order email. It permits private order and PDF access on that device. | Until the email link expires, up to 30 days |
allunar_entry_source | Session storage remembering a broad entry channel, such as Google, Instagram or a direct visit. | Until the browser tab session ends |
allunar_analytics_consent_v1 | Local storage remembering an explicit analytics choice. Automatic activation is not saved as your consent. | 180 days after your choice |
_ga, _ga_S2ZJHW3NQQ | Google Analytics identifiers used to distinguish browsers and understand visits and sessions. | Configured for 180 days; expiry may refresh with activity |
Stripe may use its own security and fraud prevention technologies during checkout. Our hosting provider may also use necessary security technologies. Their use depends on the provider and the request; this table does not claim that every provider cookie is present on every Allunar page.
3. Google Analytics 4
GA4, provided by Google, helps us understand page views, traffic sources, campaign performance and general device or browser characteristics. Google processes visit information and browser identifiers for these purposes. Our measurement ID is G-S2ZJHW3NQQ.
Our tag excludes private order pages and the administration panel. We do not send your name, email, date of birth, reading questions, context, attachments or private order references as analytics events. Public page addresses are stripped of unrelated query parameters before configuration; limited campaign parameters may be retained. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration.
You can turn analytics off below. For Google’s handling of data, see Google’s partner site information and Google’s cookies information.
4. Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Planned tools — not currently active on Allunar. If connected later, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may measure visits and conversions from advertising, attribute campaign results and support advertising audiences or retargeting. These tools can share device and visit information with their respective providers. Reading questions, private photos and personal reading content must not be included in advertising events.
Meta Ads: Meta Pixel may use first-party identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, alongside other technologies described by Meta. The identifiers used and their lifetimes depend on the implemented setup. See Meta’s Cookies Policy.
TikTok Ads: TikTok Pixel may use identifiers such as _ttp, ttclid and ttcsid_*. TikTok describes relevant Pixel cookies as lasting up to 13 months from their last use. See TikTok’s Pixel cookies information.
If advertising pixels are introduced, this page and the preference controls will be updated to describe the actual configuration. Any legally required consent must be obtained before those tools operate.
5. Google Search Console
Google Search Console (GSC) is a webmaster tool for search performance and indexing: for example, search impressions, clicks, queries and whether Google can find public pages. GSC is separate from GA4 and is not an advertising pixel.
Verifying site ownership with a DNS record, HTML file or meta tag does not itself install a tracking cookie in visitors’ browsers on Allunar. Google’s own account interface may use cookies when an administrator signs in. See Google’s introduction to Search Console.
6. Your choices
Analytics starts automatically on public pages. You can switch it off for this browser below; reading requests and payments will still work.
Checking this browser’s setting…
An explicit preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Turning analytics off stops our GA4 measurement and removes accessible Allunar GA cookies; it leaves your private order access cookie intact. Previously collected data is not automatically erased. A Global Privacy Control signal also keeps our analytics off.
You can also block or delete cookies using your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Clearing site storage removes saved preferences and may remove access to your private order; analytics can then start again under the current default. Choices are specific to each browser and device.
Publishing this policy, or simply using the site, does not itself provide consent where prior consent is legally required. Essential storage remains available when analytics is off.
7. Contact and updates
