Information in your reading request
We save the name, email address, date of birth, questions, reading selection, additional context, and any optional attachments you provide so the request can be prepared and delivered. Questions and photos are not published. Only upload photos you have permission to share, and avoid including health records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Payments are handled through Stripe when checkout is available. Payment card details are entered with Stripe, not sent through our contact form. We store the order status and payment reference to manage your request.
Contact messages and reviews
When you contact us, we save your name, email, message, topic, and any order reference so we can respond. Messages may be forwarded to our support mailbox.
Customer reviews are checked before publication and require permission to publish the review, first name, and country. Reading questions and attachments are not included in a published review.
How you found Allunar
To understand which channels lead to reading requests, we record a broad source category, such as a search engine, a social platform, ChatGPT, or a direct visit. We also count visits by source and day. These visit totals do not store your name, email, question, photo, full referring URL, or an advertising identifier.
A temporary record in your browser's session storage keeps the source consistent as you move between pages in the same tab. When you submit a request, its source category can be associated with the order. Source data can be incomplete if a browser or referring service does not provide it.
Private order access and your choices
A private access cookie allows your browser to open its order page. Keep your private order link and reference secure. If checkout is unavailable, saving a request does not take payment or confirm a paid service.
You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing hello@allunar.com. Include enough information for us to find the request, but never send card details. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or removing customer information.
