Order help

Help with your reading.

Email hello@allunar.com with the reference shown on your private order page. We aim to reply to support messages within 24 hours.

Waiting for your reading

Standard reading delivery is planned within 48 hours after completed payment. Check the email address you entered and your spam folder. You can also return to your private order page to check its status and completed response.

If you are concerned about delivery, contact hello@allunar.com with your order reference. The support response target of 24 hours is separate from the delivery time for a reading.

A cancelled or interrupted payment

A cancelled checkout leaves your reading request saved. You can resume through your private order page. If a payment appears to have completed but the order status has not updated, contact us with your reference before attempting another payment.

If checkout is temporarily unavailable, the builder explains that it is saving the request without taking payment. A saved request alone is not a confirmed paid order. Do not send payment card details to support.

Opening your private order page

Your browser uses a private access cookie to open the request after saving it. If you have changed devices, cleared browser data, or lost access to the page, email us from the address used for your order and include your reference if available.

Do not publish your private order link, reading, or other people's personal information when asking for help.

Changing details or asking about a charge

If you entered the wrong email address or need to correct a question, contact us as soon as possible with the order reference and the correction. We will explain what can be changed based on the request's current status.

For a cancellation, refund question, duplicate charge, or concern about the delivered reading, contact hello@allunar.com with your reference and a short explanation. We will review the order and respond; this page does not promise automatic eligibility or a particular refund outcome.

A question is a place to begin.
